Boat Rental for Fishing
What is the rental rate for a fishing boat?
Small boat: RM50-80 for 1 day (no roof)
Large boat: RM80-120 for 1 day (no roof)
What is the maximum passenger capacity per boat?
Small boat = 2-3 people
Large boat = 4-5 people
Does the rental include a boat operator, or do I need to operate it myself?
Separate. A boat operator's fee depends on the individual, typically RM60-80 per day.
What are the boat rental operating hours?
24 hours
Are fishing equipment provided?
No.
Is advance booking required?
A minimum of 2 days in advance.
Chalet Rental
What is the rental rate per night for a chalet?
RM80-90
What facilities are provided in the chalet?
Air-conditioning, toilet, kitchen, beds. Fully furnished.
What is the maximum capacity?
There is no maximum capacity, but there are 6 beds.
How is the booking process done?
Via phone and WhatsApp.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
There are no fixed times. You can maximize your stay to 1 day (24 hours), and no charges will be incurred for late check-out. If possible, please avoid checking in mid-morning.
Is food provided?
No.
Venue Rental
Can the area be rented for activities such as camping, BBQ, or school programs?
Yes, for any activity whatsoever.
What type of spaces are provided?
The whole area, from the jetty up to the futsal court.
What is the rental fee for one session/day?
RM300 per session/day
What are the conditions for using the venue?
There are no specific conditions, just please take good care of the place. Pick up your trash. Normal common sense applies.
Firefly Watching
What is the best time to see fireflies?
Ideally after Maghrib prayer (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
What is the fee for firefly watching?
RM200 (large boat with roof, 12-15 people) – one trip starting from the evening.
How long does this activity last?
There is no time limit.
Are there age limits or special safety measures?
None. Participants are responsible for their own safety (safety jackets are provided).
Who will be the tour guide for this activity, and how can they be contacted?
An experienced river guide (at night). Usually, it is an existing boat operator.
River Cruise
How long does the river tour usually take?
Tourists typically take around 3-4 hours (starting from 5:00 PM) to relax. If going straight with only brief stops, it takes only 2 hours.
What can be seen along the journey?
Sabak Arang (RM5 entry fee), Taman Lokan (RM2 entry fee), crocodiles, various types of birds, egrets, and mangrove trees.
WWhat is the suitable time for a river tour – day or night?
Daytime is for clearly seeing the natural scenery, while nighttime is for fireflies.
What is the fee for this activity?
RM300 – large boat with roof (12-15 people).
What is the scope of the river tour? From which location does it start and end?
From the jetty, to Sabak Arang, to Taman Lokan. Then back to the jetty.
